This post is dedicated to a pigeon manager/leader – one who thinks they are right and blames the other party for miscommunication when in reality, their communication is poor and unclear. As a result, the people who work for them suffer mentally to the point they start to think philosophically about life.

Because of one’s blindness, one causes frustration and damage to others. They are not leaders, they are pigeon managers/leaders – those who drop rubbish on others, sees no fault in themselves, finds no solution to their incompetence and flies away, killing the mentality of its victim. It is a pity such people exist. It is merely the misfortune of many humans.
